After 20 years as a roadie behind the biggest stages in the world — from Dave Matthews Band to Lizzo and the NFL Draft — Nicholas faced his own defining moments: losing his mom to cancer, his wife Brianna to cystic fibrosis, and later his smile to Bell’s palsy.
Those moments broke him open but ultimately built him — inspiring his mantra: “Choose Your Attitude. Create Your Life.”
Through fitness, mindset, and coaching, Nicholas rebuilt his life and found purpose helping others transform pain into purpose, burnout into energy, and fear into confidence.
